My Experience With Chronic Fatigue
There was a season in my life where I felt like this every single day.
After having my kids, I went through a period where my body just… didn’t bounce back.
I had what seemed like a virus — but instead of recovering, I spiraled into:
extreme fatigue
brain fog
dizziness
gut issues
nervous system symptoms
I was doing everything “right.”
But I felt awful.
And like so many women, I was told:
“Your labs are normal.”
“It’s probably just postpartum.”
But I knew my body.
